As an aspiring journalist, my passion is to uncover the truth and share it with the world. Through my coursework, I have explored the magazine, print, and multimedia aspects of journalism, reporting on local beats like education. Outside of class, I spend my time working as Managing Editor of Jerk Magazine, a student-run publication focusing on campus events, local arts and music, and national politics. This position allows me to learn about the business and structural aspects of publishing, an equally important element of journalism.
